Human Resources Executive

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition

  : Identifying and attracting top talent by creating job descriptions, posting job openings, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

• Sourcing

  : Actively seeking out potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Develop and implement strategies to promote job openings to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

• Candidate Screening

  : Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the position. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Interview Coordination

  : Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Provide guidance to both parties about interview logistics and expectations.

• Reference Checks

  : Conduct reference checks to verify candidates' qualifications and character. Summarize and share reference feedback with hiring managers.

• Offer Negotiation

  : Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers to selected candidates. Negotiate salary and other benefits on behalf of the company and candidates.

• Candidate Relationship Management

  : Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and keep them informed about job opportunities. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Data Management

  : Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and hiring process progress. Generate reports and analytics on recruitment activities.

• Compliance

  : Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
