Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, daily HR operations, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring adherence to HR policies. The role requires overseeing the hiring process, conducting employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and addressing employee queries and issues.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Proficiency with HR software and tools.

Location : Bavdhan - Pune

Work mode - Office (Monday-friday)

Salary budget - 25000/- - 32000/-

Working hours - 9 AM - 6 PM
