Job Description :
* Process full-cycle payroll.
Ensure timely statutory compliance for PF, ESIC, TDS, PT, gratuity, and file required returns.
* Source candidates via job portals and referrals, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
* Maintain candidate tracker and support onboarding by issuing offer and appointment letters.
Qualification and skills
* MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Prefered from hotel industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
