Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, implementing HR policies, and maintaining employee relations. The role includes overseeing HR management practices to ensure compliance and efficiency within the organization.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality or wellness industry is a plus
