Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Chief Engineer based in Pune. The Assistant Chief Engineer will oversee daily engineering operations, ensure the maintenance of all equipment, and supervise the engineering staff. Additional responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and effectively managing resources and budgets.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in engineering maintenance and equipment management
• Experience in supervising engineering staff and scheduling maintenance activities
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Resource management and budgeting skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
