Human Resources Executive

You will be working as a Human Resources Executive at The Academy School, Pune located in Dange Chowk, Tathawade, Pimpri-Chinchwad. Your responsibilities will include managing HR operations, employee relations, policy implementation, and overseeing various HR functions within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for teaching and non-teaching staff. - Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with educational regulations and labor laws. - Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation using HR software. - Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary procedures. - Coordinate professional development programs and track staff training needs. - Manage and support performance management systems, including appraisals and goal-setting processes. - Ensure compliance with child protection, safeguarding, and health & safety standards. - Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with the school's values and mission. - Liaise with school leadership on workforce planning and organizational development. - Provide HR metrics and reports to management as needed. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred). - Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in education or a similar setting. - Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance in the education sector. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Empathy, discretion, integrity, and a collaborative mindset.,
