Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment for open roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, follow-ups).
• Maintain and update job postings on hiring platforms and internal channels.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new employees and freelancers.

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Support team engagement activities, virtual events, and recognition programs.
• Conduct regular check-ins and gather feedback from team members.
• Promote a positive and inclusive remote work culture.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and documentation.
• Assist in drafting offer letters, contracts, and HR policies.
• Track attendance, leaves, and ensure compliance with HR processes.

Performance & Development

• Coordinate performance reviews and feedback cycles.
• Support learning and development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a startup or digital/marketing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setup.
• Familiarity with HR tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
