Role Description

This is a full-time HR Executive role, located on-site in Noida Sector 63. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing all HR operations, hiring and employee relations, and developing and implementing HR policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Experience in Human Resources (HR)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities at once
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus point.
