Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Candidates must be well-versed with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and other professional networks.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for various internal positions in Delhi and Gurugram office

Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates using Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms

Coordinating interviews with Reporting Manager or heads

Maintaining a strong database of potential candidates for future openings

Preparing and sharing daily and weekly recruitment status reports

Assisting in onboarding and documentation of selected candidates

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)

Must be under 30 years of age

Residing within 20 km radius of our Delhi office (candidates outside this range will not be considered)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong knowledge of recruitment tools like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn

Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic HR documentation

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to hiring
