Position: Client Relationship Manager

Job Types: Full-time | Permanent | Fresher | Volunteer
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trusted client relationships through personalized interactions
• Present and explain AFWHO’s property offerings with clarity and enthusiasm
• Craft compelling sales pitches and proposals
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions
• Handle client concerns and complaints effectively and professionally
• Anticipate customer needs and offer additional services or reorders
• Update financial and customer records regularly using CRM tools
• Manage inbound and outbound client communication with professionalism

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in client-facing or sales roles preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and competitive offerings is a plus
• Fluency in additional languages is advantageous
• Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are welcome
