Job Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to join our team at our Pune office. The ideal candidate should have 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, and policy implementation role is on-site (Pune) and involves managing day-to-day HR functions, employee engagement, and supporting the smooth functioning of office operations while collaborating closely with the HR Manager on strategic and operational initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


Recruitment & Onboarding

  1. Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across departments.
  2. Coordinate with managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
  3. Collaborate with the HR Manager to streamline the recruitment process and ensure alignment with company standards.


HR Operations

  1. Update employee records, attendance, and leave data.
  2. Employee documentation and HR-related compliance.
  3. Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution of HR operational issues.
  4. Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  5. Work closely with the HR Manager to plan and execute engagement initiatives and communication strategies


Performance & Policy Management

  1. Support the implementation of performance management systems and assist managers during review cycles.
  2. Assisting in developing and refining HR policies in line with organizational objectives.
  3. Ensure adherence to company policies, code of conduct, and statutory requirements.


Key Skills

  1. Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and compliance.
  2. Hands-on experience in recruitment and onboarding.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  6. Ability to work independently while maintaining close coordination with the HR Manager


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 2 to 3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment (experience in handling an office independently is a plus).
