Role Overview:

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (75%)

• End-to-end recruitment for

  Sales, Tech, and Non-Tech

  roles, especially within the

  real estate

  and

  real estate tech

  sectors.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
• Screen, interview, and coordinate with hiring managers for shortlisting.
• Drive a smooth and efficient interview process from scheduling to final offer.
• Ensure a strong

  candidate experience

  and quick turnaround time.

HR Operations (25%)

• Manage attendance, leave tracking, and other employee lifecycle processes.
• Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires.
• Maintain and update HR databases while ensuring compliance with internal processes.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, audits, and policy rollouts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of HR experience

  , primarily in

  recruitment

  .
• Prior

  experience in the real estate industry

  is highly preferred.
• Proven experience hiring across

  Sales, Tech, and Non-Tech

  functions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes.
• Must be an

  immediate joiner or available to join within 7 days

  .
