Job Description

The company, Podar Education Network, a Mumbai headquartered educational conglomerate, is seeking a motivated HR Executive - Recruitment for Howrah, West Bengal. As an HR Executive (Recruitment) in this role, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment cycle. Your key responsibilities will include assisting schools in their hiring process, recruiting teaching and non-teaching staff in the assigned region, managing interviews, handling stakeholders, managing offers and negotiations, conducting on-boarding formalities, organizing campus recruitment activities, developing new sources for recruitment, utilizing various job portals, overseeing recruitment operations, working on HRMS software, preparing reports and MIS, and performing any other relevant duties as assigned. The ideal candidate for this position should be a graduate with an MBA in HR. You should have 5 to 7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the education industry. Excellent communication and IT skills are essential for this role. You should be able to work independently, be proactive, and proficient in the local language.
