Role

HR professional


Responsibilities

end-to-end recruitment

HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks

·      Manage employee lifecycle processes: joining, confirmation, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.

performance management, reviews, and appraisal cycles

training, employee engagement, and team-building activities

·      Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, PF, ESIC, POSH, and related regulations.

·      Prepare and maintain HR records, analytics, and management reports.


Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or Business Administration
  • 2–5 years HR experience (startup experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of labor law & HR practices
  • Excellent communication & people skills
