Job Description – Operations Executive - International Sales & Marketing Executive Company: Patent Monetize Location: C-116, Sector 2 Noida Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive – International Operations with proven experience in global business development, lead generation, and operational process management. The selected candidate will be responsible not only for building buyer relationships across international markets but also for executing internal workflows, including data integration, content preparation, outreach, negotiation, and contract support. Key Responsibilities The role is directly aligned with our operational process: 1) Patent Intake & CRM Management Ensure new listings are properly tracked, verified, and updated in CRM. Manage data integration and classification based on technology/industry. 2) Assessment & Marketing Preparation Support internal assessments of patent potential (market demand, licensing/sale viability). Prepare professional flyers, content, and outreach materials. – or support in preparation in this. 3) International Sales & Promotion Develop target lists of potential buyers/licensees across geographies. Conduct outreach via email campaigns, LinkedIn, IP forums, and direct communication. Generate and qualify leads, ensuring alignment with monetization strategy. 4) Buyer Engagement & Negotiation Coordinate with potential buyers to explore interest, structure licensing/sale discussions. Capture negotiation details and maintain CRM records. 5) Post-Deal Support & Client Relationship Follow up with clients for feedback, testimonials, and long-term engagement. Support repeat business opportunities through ongoing relationship management. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in international sales & marketing (B2B preferred). Strong skills in data integration, CRM updates, and operational process execution. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities. Familiarity with intellectual property, legal services, or technology markets is a plus.
