JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


1.Talent Acquisition & Recruitment


  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top creative and marketing talent
  • Oversee the entire hiring process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)


2.Employee Onboarding & Development


  • Design and execute effective onboarding programs
  • Develop training programs, mentorship opportunities, and career development plans


3.Performance Management & Employee Relations


  • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems
  • Address employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts
  • Ensure regular feedback and growth opportunities for employees


4.Culture & Employee Engagement


  • Organize team-building activities and events.
  • Foster a creative, inclusive, and high-performing company culture


5.HR Operations & Compliance


  • Oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws
  • Manage compensation, benefits, payroll, and leave policies
  • Ensure complete confidentiality of any conversations, report and disclose only to COO/CEO


REQUIRED SKILLS


  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a creative agency, marketing, or media industry.
  • Understanding of creative work environments and the challenges of managing creative professionals.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.
