Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Human Resources Executive will handle a variety of responsibilities, including managing HR operations, fostering positive employee relationships, overseeing HR policies, and facilitating organisational development. This position will involve supporting employees, enhancing workplace culture, and ensuring adherence to HR regulations and best practices.

• Strong background in HR Management and HR Operations
• Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and regulations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proven organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Prior experience in a similar role within the corporate sector is an advantage
• Basic knowledge in AI.
