Role Overview

Sales & Marketing Management Trainee

As a Management Trainee, you’ll be actively involved in key sales and marketing initiatives. You’ll engage directly with clients, support our sales operations, and contribute to go-to-market strategies. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a strong foundation in B2B and B2C sales while learning from a fast-growing tech startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in sales outreach, lead generation, and client engagement.
• Assist in creating and executing sales and marketing strategies.
• Communicate with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Manage and nurture client relationships with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate across departments to support business growth.
• Participate in training sessions to develop hands-on skills in sales strategy, negotiation, and digital marketing.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• A solid understanding of the B2B/B2C sales cycle and basic marketing principles.
• Demonstrated leadership, ownership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA in Sales/Marketing is a strong plus.
• Previous internship or experience in a tech/startup environment is a bonus.
