About the Role

HR Executive – Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment

  for finance positions (requirements gathering → sourcing → screening → coordination → offer closure).
• Source candidates through

  Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases

  .
• Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates for

  finance and wealth management profiles

  .
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain smooth communication with candidates.
• Manage applicant data through ATS/Excel and maintain proper hiring trackers.
• Support onboarding formalities and documentation for selected candidates.
• Build a strong

  talent pipeline

  for continuous hiring requirements in the finance domain.
• Assist HR team in daily tasks as and when required (MIS, reporting, basic HR ops).

Required Skills & Competencies

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in Talent Acquisition (preferably in

  finance or BFSI hiring

  ).
• Strong sourcing and screening skills for finance/wealth roles.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• Additional HR certifications will be an added advantage.
