About the Role

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (50%)

-Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.

-Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals & internal database.

-Conduct screening, shortlisting, scheduling & interview coordination.

-Manage candidate communication & follow-up.

-Support in closing positions within defined timelines.

HR Operations / HRBP Support (50%)

-Prepare & maintain HR documentation (offers, letters, employee files).

-Employee onboarding, induction & verification processes.

-Attendance & leave management.

-Employee grievance handling and engagement activities.

-Maintaining HR dashboards and MIS reports.

-Supporting HRBP initiatives for employee performance, culture & retention.

Required Skills
