Role Overview:

We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team. The role involves assisting the payroll team with attendance management, compliance activities, and supporting various HR-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain Employee records and update attendance records

* Support payroll and compliance processes

* Assist in day-to-day HR operations

* Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction.

* Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, experience, etc.)

* Assist in employee engagement activities.

* Coordinate exit process

Eligibility:

* Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field

* 1–2 years of experience in HR 

* Good communication and MS Excel skills
