Role Overview

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
(job postings, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Draft HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Support payroll inputs and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
Assist in performance appraisal processes and training coordination.
Organize
employee engagement activities
to build a positive workplace culture.
Act as a bridge between management and employees for smooth communication.

Requirements

Graduate / MBA in HR (preferred).
1–3 years of experience
as an HR Executive / HR Generalist, preferably in
manufacturing / engineering industry
.
Strong knowledge of
recruitment, compliance & HR operations
.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS/ERP will be an added advantage.
Good communication, interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
