Job Summary:

The Client Acquisition role focuses on identifying, targeting, and onboarding new clients for the company’s products or services. The primary goal is to expand the customer base, increase revenue, and strengthen the company’s market presence through strategic relationship building and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and research potential clients through market intelligence, networking, and lead generation activities.


  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients across assigned regions or sectors.


  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations for prospective clients.


  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions that align with business objectives.


  • Maintain strong follow-ups to convert leads into active clients.


  • Negotiate terms, finalize agreements, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.


  • Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets as defined by management.


  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.


  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) for seamless client onboarding and support.


  • Prepare periodic reports on acquisition progress, pipeline status, and market feedback.

Key Skills & Competencies:


  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


  • Excellent relationship-building and networking ability.


  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.


  • Good understanding of market dynamics and competitor activities.


  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.


  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).


  • We are looking for Fresher Internship


  • Experience in [insert industry – e.g., electrical, IT services, FMCG, financial services, etc.] will be an added advantage.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):


  • Number of new clients acquired per month/quarter.


  • Conversion ratio (leads to clients).


  • Revenue generated from new clients.


  • Client retention and satisfaction rate post-acquisition.
