Objective for this role: Manage end to end Recruitment/Hiring Processes Enhance Employee Onboarding experience Maintain Accurate HR Records & Compliance Improve Employee Engagement & Retention Support Payroll and Benefits Administration Drive Performance Management Act as a Bridge Between Management and Employees Responsibility of this role: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and overall employee lifecycle. Handle leave, payroll, benefits, PF, and tax compliance. Address employee issues and support development. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR standards. Skills Required: Good communication skills for taking first round of interviews Navigating HR tools - like Linkedin Jobs, CRM, Chat interface, etc. Empathetic with team members concerns and ensuring better work place Make Fridays fun by organising engaging team activities Help to enhance retention by ensuring people oriented work culture Any Bachelor's degree is fine Previous experience/internship in HR role is required Show more Show less
