Job Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding:

  Manage the

  full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding

  . Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for the company. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations.

• Employee Relations:

  Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

  Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives.

• Performance Management:

  Assist in the performance appraisal process, including goal setting and feedback sessions.

  Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
• HR Reporting & Analytics:

  Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports.

  Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data.

Preferred Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience

  in Human Resources.
• Candidates with

  prior experience in a remote company or remote work setup will be preferred

  .
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
