An entry-level BD role owning the top-of-funnel : research, outreach, qualification, scheduling discovery calls, and maintaining CRM hygiene. You’ll learn how to translate client problems into clear briefs for our engineering team. What You’ll Do Lead Research: Identify ideal customer profiles (ICP) and build prospect lists by industry, size, and region. Outreach: Send personalized emails/LinkedIn messages; run light A/B tests on copy; follow up diligently. Qualification: Handle inbound/outbound responses, ask basic discovery questions (need, budget, timeline), and book meetings. CRM & Reporting: Keep HubSpot/Zoho updated; track stages, notes, and next steps; share weekly funnel metrics. Collateral Support: Customize one-pagers, decks, and case studies; coordinate with marketing for testimonials. Market Notes: Log objections, pricing signals, and common requests to help refine our offers. Requirements (Must-Have) Fresher or 0–1 year in sales/BD/inside sales or strong interest in tech sales Clear written & spoken English ; comfortable writing short, punchy outreach Organized, coachable, and consistent with follow-ups Basic familiarity with software terms (web/mobile apps, APIs, cloud) — we’ll train you Nice to Have Exposure to any of: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Zoho, Apollo/Instantly, Upwork Understanding of our stack (React/Next.js, React Native, Firebase, MongoDB) Prior internships or campus roles involving communication or leadership Clear written & spoken English ; comfortable writing short, punchy outreach Organized, coachable, and consistent with follow-ups Basic familiarity with software terms (web/mobile apps, APIs, cloud) — we’ll train you Compensation & Benefits Competitive entry-level salary (CTC) + performance incentives/commission Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
