Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Mohali district for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring effective HR management. Daily tasks include handling recruitment processes, addressing employee issues, administering employee benefits, and maintaining HR records.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations experience
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Thorough understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Mohali district
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
