Key Responsibilities:


·       Searching and sourcing candidates through various mode

·       Review resume and job application and conduct interviews to find suitable candidates

·       Scheduling interview and conduct interviewing from HR perspective.

·       Fill open position within timeline and budget

·       Prepare and provide Offer letters, Appointment letters, Increment letters etc.

·       Prepare and implement Employee Induction Program

·       Policies implementation and upgradation

·       Tie up with institutes for Candidates

·       Onboarding and Induction of Employee

·       Attendance Management of Employee

·       Leave Management of Employee

·       Monthly Expenses Checking of Employee

·       Ticket and Hotel booking for Field staff of Employee

·       Promotional Activities for Recruitment and Organisational Culture

·       Identify requirement of training of Employees and arranging training to employees.

·       Co-ordination for Salaries and providing Pay Slips to employees

·       Maintaining record and documentation as required

·       Preparing required MIS Report


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience working into HR
  • Bachelor / Master degree in Human Resource
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and email writing)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines


Preferred Skills:


·       Fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati

·       MS office

·       Email communication

·      Team Handling
