Position Summary

Windbridge Concepts Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing team. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting various human resources functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department, and contributing to a positive employee experience. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.


Key Responsibilities


  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Assist in the full recruitment life cycle, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
  • Prepare offer letters and conduct pre-employment checks.
  • Facilitate the new employee onboarding process, including conducting new hire orientation and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Maintain and update recruitment tracking systems.


  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters.
  • Assist in resolving employee grievances and disciplinary issues, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Promote a positive work environment and strong employee morale.


  • HR Administration and Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both physical and digital) in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll data, including attendance, leave, and other relevant information.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations in India and Gujarat.
  • Prepare various HR reports and analytics as required.
  • Manage employee leave records and attendance management systems.


  • Performance Management:
  • Support the performance appraisal process, including communicating timelines, collecting feedback, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in identifying training and development needs.


  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Provide support in administering employee benefits programs.
  • Assist with compensation benchmarking and salary reviews as needed.


  • HR Projects and Initiatives:
  • Participate in and support various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee engagement.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 and above years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations, particularly those applicable in Gujarat.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong problem-solver.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Salary

  • 25K-40K per month
