Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
2. Handle employee relations by addressing queries and resolving workplace concerns effectively.
3. Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with company standards and legal compliance.
5. Coordinate and drive employee engagement activities to maintain a motivated and inclusive work culture.
6. Maintain HR records, employee files, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal policies.
7. Conduct and facilitate HR-related training sessions for students, including resume-building, interview preparation, and soft skills development.
8. Organize and deliver job-readiness workshops focusing on platforms such as 

   Naukri

   , 

   LinkedIn

   , and other professional portals.
9. Support placement-related HR activities by collaborating with training and placement teams to prepare students for interviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the 

  IT training

   or 

  EdTech sector

  .
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, talent management, and Indian labor/employment laws.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HR software and job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and ATS tools.
• Passion for mentoring and guiding students for corporate readiness.
