Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing the HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role also involves developing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefit programs, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and ensure statutory compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies, performance review systems, and employee engagement programs.
Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.
Foster a positive and transparent work culture aligned with company values.
Coordinate training, learning, and development initiatives for staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
.
1–2 years of relevant HR experience
Proven experience in
HR operations, recruitment, and compliance
.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of
labour laws, HRMS tools, and payroll systems
.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
