Key Responsibilities:

• PLC Programming & Development:

Write, configure, and test PLC programs (logic sequences, I/O mapping, timers, counters, communication protocols) for automation.

• System Integration:

Integrate PLC with sensors, actuators, HMIs, VFDs, load cells, and other components.
Collaborate with mechanical and software teams for seamless integration.

• Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

Diagnose and fix PLC faults during development and field work.
Perform preventive maintenance and program updates.

• Technical Documentation:

Prepare control system architecture, wiring diagrams, ladder logic, and manuals.
Maintain version control of PLC software.

• Testing & Commissioning:

Conduct functional testing of systems ensuring safety interlocks and process flows are working correctly.

• Collaboration & Reporting:

Work with engineers and production for timely delivery.
Report progress, issues, and solutions clearly to management.

Candidate Profile:

• 1–4 years of PLC programming experience in industrial automation or machinery manufacturing.
• Proficient in Ladder Logic, Structured Text (ST), Function Block Diagram (FBD).
• Hands-on with PLC brands: Delta, Schneider, or similar.
• Skilled in integrating PLC with sensors, load cells, actuators, VFDs, motors (Stepper/Servo/DC/AC).
• Good at reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting PLC faults.
• Knowledge of communication protocols: Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP.
• Understanding of safety interlocks and machine control practices.
• Strong communication for remote troubleshooting and maintenance.

Preferred:

• Experience in machine automation projects, site commissioning, IIoT integrations, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Attention to detail and quality focus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bakrol, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
