About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will play a key role in managing and supporting the organization’s HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and day-to-day administrative activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and on boarding new hires.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases accurately.
• Coordinate employee orientation, training, and development programs.
• Handle payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
• Address employee queries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Assist in performance management processes and appraisal cycles.
• Provide administrative support in day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
• 1–3 years of proven experience in HR or related roles.
• Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
