Key Responsibilities:

• Edit video content for various platforms, including social media and YouTube.
• Evaluate raw footage, review shot lists, and storyboards to ensure the best edits.
• Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other software to enhance video footage.
• Suggest and implement creative ways to improve and enhance footage.
• Implement effective storytelling techniques that align with the project goals.
• Add appropriate special effects, music, and audio elements to elevate the video content.
• Collaborate effectively with the video production team to ensure project success.

Job Qualifications and Skill Set:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Video Editing, Production, Visual Effects, Cinematography, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven work experience in the post-production process.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Final Cut Pro, and Avid Media Composer.
• Advanced understanding of sound effects and special effects.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with production team members.
• Experience with digital video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
