Are you the kind of Video Editor who can turn raw chaos into scroll-stopping magic? Do jump cuts, J-cuts, L-cuts, and keyframes feel like your native language? If yes, we’re looking for you.

We’re hiring a Senior Video Editor, someone who’s creative, detail-obsessed, technically sharp, and ready to own the post-production pipeline across Reels, Shorts, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

Post-Production Ownership

• Edit video content from raw footage to final delivery, ensuring strong narrative flow, pacing, sound design, and visual quality.

• Manage the entire editing pipeline, including version control, backups, and final rendering.

Team Leadership

• Lead, guide, and mentor editors and junior post-production staff.

• Conduct edit reviews, provide actionable feedback, and maintain high creative standards.

Project & Workflow Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and creative requirements.

• Maintain organized timelines, project structures, backups, and asset libraries.

Creative & Brand Consistency

• Ensure all edits align with brand tone, visual identity, and platform-specific standards.

• Collaborate closely with directors, producers, content strategists, and motion designers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate effectively with teams across India and Canada.

• Work seamlessly across creative, production, and strategy functions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–7 years of professional video editing experience.

• Advanced proficiency in:

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• Adobe After Effects

• DaVinci Resolve

• Final Cut Pro

• Strong understanding of pacing, color grading, sound design, and post-production workflows.

• Experience managing deadlines and multiple simultaneous projects.

• Strong communication and team-coordination skills.
