If you speak fluent Adobe, dream in DaVinci, and think transitions should be dealt, not noticed, we want you.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Own the Edit

  : From raw rushes to final render, narrative, pace, rhythm, sound, and soul.

• Creative Leadership

  : Guide the edit team. Mentor junior editors, conduct reviews, and keep the bar sky-high.

• Project Management

  : Oversee timelines, versions, backups, and revisions like an organizational ninja.

• Style & Consistency

  : Uphold the brand tone across projects (while throwing in your own flair).

• Collaboration:

  Work with directors, producers, content strategists, and animators to bring ideas to screen with impact.

• Tool Mastery:

  Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and your secret stash of plugins.

• Global Vibe

  : Coordinate with teams in both India and Canada because creativity knows no time zone.

Bonus Points If You:

1. Can colour grade with your eyes closed.
2. Have motion graphics skills (and know when not to use them).
3. Can manage deadlines without needing an energy drink.
4. Speak fluent meme.
