Job Description

The opportunity: We are looking for Human Resources Executive, to join our Pune office, who is curious, self-motivated, and willing to learn. We're looking for someone who is looking for growth and challenges. Someone who has an exceptional work ethic. You will significantly be contributing towards Adagrad’s talent acquisition area. Your primary activities will involve managing end-to-end recruitment cycle i.e., from sourcing to offer extension. You will work closely with our Human Resources team and be exposed to a range of tasks and projects, including: Understanding Adagrad portfolio – technology & service offerings: to attract right talent pool, while aptly positioning the open positions Involved in resource requisition gathering from hiring Managers, planning sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline & sourcing candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referral programs, other job portals, personal network etc. Maintaining recruitment trackers & related documentation Coordinate with Hiring Managers to forecast future hiring needs & interview schedules Assist in positioning openings & compensation offers, competitively. Responsible for delivering seamless recruitment experience towards candidates & internal stakeholders. Managing employee records: Maintaining employee files, updating personnel records, and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up to date. Assisting with benefits administration: This may include enrolling employees in benefit programs, answering employee questions about benefits, and ensuring that all benefits-related documentation is filed correctly. Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, as well as assisting with compliance and regulatory requirements. Participating in employee engagement initiatives, such as employee surveys, recognition programs, and team-building events Profile Requirements: MBA (Human Resources) pass-out Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment cycle Should have a knack of attracting & assessing qualifying candidates using diverse resources such as job boards, job portals and networking activities. Knowledge of Human Resources principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of applicable labour laws and regulations.
