Role Description

HR Coordinator (Work from Home with Travel as Needed)


Location Preference: Candidates from NCR


About the Role


We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to join our team. This is primarily a work-from-home role, with occasional travel required to meet clients or candidates as per business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate HR activities smoothly while maintaining professionalism in client-facing situations.


Key Responsibilities


Handle end-to-end coordination for recruitment, including scheduling interviews, follow-ups, and maintaining candidate pipelines.


Assist in onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction coordination.


Support HR operations such as maintaining employee records, trackers, and databases.


Coordinate with hiring managers and clients for scheduling and feedback.


Travel (when required) to meet clients or candidates for interviews, discussions, or events.


Ensure timely communication with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.


Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HR policies.


Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.


0-1 years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or similar roles.


Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR tools.


Ability to work independently in a remote setup while being responsive and dependable.


Willingness to travel as per requirement.


Preferred Candidate Profile


Prior experience in client-facing HR roles will be an added advantage.


Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


A positive attitude with the ability to adapt to dynamic requirements.

Primarily Work from Home

Occasional travel for client or candidate meetings (travel expenses reimbursed as per company policy)
