Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for non-IT roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for key roles and proactively build talent pools.
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment laws.
  • Prepare and share recruitment reports with key stakeholders.


Requirements

  • Minimum

    3 years of recruitment experience

    , preferably in RPO or agency environments.
  • Strong understanding of non-IT roles, particularly in

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
