The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the Retail Business objectives and the Staff related challenges and create strategic recommendations based on this understanding.
Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our Staffs and Sales Team.
1.Drive governance on human resource metrics such as staffing, retention, engagement & cost for the business.
2. Engage & work with Regional Managers/Territory Managers on Recruitment, Compensation and Employee Relations.
3. Operate independently & ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team.
4. Train, mentor and leading HR initiatives and best Practices for the team.
5.Directly interact with the store staffs, Implement change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition and policies.
6.Responsible for HR operations, Induction, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Exit Process.
7.Coach the individual managers on growing management/leadership capabilities.
8. Own/drive HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the organisation.
9. Should be able to travel across the country for staff meetings.
