About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Coordinator

to support our Human Resources department in delivering efficient and effective HR services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.

What You'll Do

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
    • Coordinate onboarding processes including documentation, induction, and orientation
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • HR Administration
    • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation
    • Support payroll processing by ensuring timely submission of employee data
    • Manage leave requests, timesheets, and attendance records
  • Employee Relations
    • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
    • Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives
    • Assist in resolving employee issues and escalating when necessary
  • Compliance & Reporting
    • Ensure HR practices comply with relevant legislation and company policies
    • Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics for management
    • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR support or coordination role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Rippling (or similar) HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
