About the Role

Learning & Development Executive (or HR Coordinator)


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs in collaboration with managers and leadership.
  • Plan and coordinate internal/external training programs and workshops.
  • Maintain learning calendars, attendance, and feedback records.
  • Create and manage onboarding and soft-skill training modules.
  • Track and report on training effectiveness and participation.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR Coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and LMS tools (if any).
  • A people-first mindset with passion for continuous learning and growth.
