Human Resources Business Partner

Description:

We are seeking a Human Resource People Partner to drive our talent management and Human resource business initiatives. This role will focus on enhancing our organizational capabilities by identifying and developing critical talent across our organization. This role will additionally drive employer branding initiatives and work towards building an awesome organization culture.

Responsibilities:

• Foster a positive work culture that supports employee engagement and retention.

• Implement initiatives that enhance employee experience and well-being.

• Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations issues.

• Foster strong business partnerships by understanding organizational structure and business priorities.

• Collaborate with functional heads on creating business impact.

• Streamline HR processes to ensure operational efficiency and support business agility.

• Design and implement performance management systems that align with business objectives.

• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to showcase the company's culture and values

• Use HR data and analytics to suggest informed strategic business decisions

Desired Skills & Experience:

• MBA with relevant experience (2-5 Years) in People Partnering roles, with a focus on talent management.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.

• Experience in employer branding and culture building is advantageous.
