Role Overview: We are looking for a Freelance Hiring Partner who can support our client hiring mandates by sourcing insurance professionals for various roles across sales, underwriting, claims, operations, analytics, and more. This role involves using LinkedIn, referrals, and your own industry networks to connect suitable candidates with active job opportunities. You will be expected to source 5–10 relevant profiles per week from across PAN India, depending on the specific job requirements. Key Responsibilities: Understand job role requirements shared by IRA Coaching’s client partners Source qualified insurance professionals using LinkedIn, referrals, and personal networks Engage and screen candidates to evaluate experience, interest, and role fitment Share vetted profiles with IRA Coaching’s team for client evaluation Maintain candidate trackers and provide weekly sourcing performance updates Support follow-ups and closure coordination in collaboration with the IRA and client HR teams Ideal Profile: Freelance recruiter, talent sourcer, or HR professional with experience hiring in the *insurance or financial services sector* Well-versed with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and referral outreach Understanding of various insurance roles (sales, claims, underwriting, back-office, etc.) Ability to meet sourcing targets of *5–10 profiles per week* PAN India sourcing capability Self-driven with strong communication and documentation skills Engagement Terms: Monthly Retainer + Performance-based Incentives (per successful hire) Remote role with flexible working hours Opportunity to work with top-tier insurers and brokers via IRA Coaching To Apply: Please send your resume or LinkedIn profile, and a short note about your experience in sourcing for the insurance industry, to amrutha@iracoaching.com
