Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Partnership

  Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives
• .Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, organizational development, and talent strategy.

• Employee Experience & Engagement

• Drive employee engagement programs to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
• Be a culture ambassador — promote Magicbricks’ values and a positive workplace environment.

• Talent Development

• Support performance management cycles, learning initiatives, and career pathing.
• Identify training needs and work with L&D to roll out appropriate programs.

• Employee Relations & Compliance

• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and company guidelines.

• HR Operations & Analytics

• Monitor and analyze HR metrics like attrition, engagement, and performance.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making.

Key Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.
• 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in tech, real estate, or high-growth companies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and pleasing personality.
• Business acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-starter with high ownership, adaptability, and professionalism.
