Job Description

HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and translate them into HR strategies and actions.
Provide guidance on
workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning
.
Manage the end-to-end
employee lifecycle
including onboarding, performance management, and career development.
Advise and coach managers on employee relations, team effectiveness, and leadership development.
Drive initiatives on
employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and workplace culture
.
Work with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the right hiring strategies for business needs.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Compensation, L&D, etc.) to implement policies and programs effectively.
Use
HR analytics and data-driven insights
to recommend improvements and measure impact.
Ensure compliance with
labor laws, policies, and regulations
.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience (X+ years) as an
HRBP, HR Manager, or equivalent role
.
Strong understanding of
HR processes, policies, and labor laws
.
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
Strong skills in
employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management
.
Proficiency in
HRIS tools, data analytics, and reporting
.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
