We recently launched Dashreels, a vertical short-form video app that combines the creative storytelling magic of Pixar with the engaging vertical video format of Reels

Our mission is simple yet boldto blend cutting-edge AI with creative storytelling
Based in San Francisco, London, and India we are setting new standards in how stories are told and consumed, turning storytellers into artists with groundbreaking technology

What you would do:
Source and manage databases of prospective artists, coordinating test assignments and follow-upsCommunicate and negotiate terms with prospective talents, contributing to recruitment strategy improvementsDeliver effective communication via platforms to secure and maintain talent relationshipsAssist with onboarding and offboarding processes, and schedule and coordinate interviewsSupport various office operations and provide general administrative assistance as neededRequirements:Must hold a graduation degreeStrong negotiation and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and conciselyProficiency in Google Suite, LinkedIn, Excel, Gmail, calendar management tools, and other talent-hunting platformsAbility to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skillsShow more Show less
