Human Resources Associate

As a Employee Engagement Specialist at CSM Technologies, you will be responsible for carrying out all the employee engagement activities to boost employee satisfaction and create a positive work atmosphere. Your key responsibilities will include: - Helping plan and run programs to boost employee engagement and satisfaction. - Assisting in organizing wellness activities for physical and mental health. - Supporting reward and recognition programs for outstanding employee achievements. - Assisting in setting up team-building activities, workshops, and social events for a positive work atmosphere. - Gathering and reviewing employee feedback on engagement and wellness programs to improve them. - Contributing ideas for enhancing employee engagement and workplace culture. - Tracking and reporting the results of engagement efforts to inform future strategies. - Communicating with employees to understand their needs and encourage participation in activities. - Assisting with onboarding new hires and keeping track of joining kit inventory. - Performing general administrative tasks to support HR activities. Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience in Employee Engagement. - Any Graduate. Additionally, the ideal candidate for this role should have: - Strong hands-on experience in MIS and report preparation. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). - Very good interpersonal skills.
