As an HR Associate, you'll be the backbone of our HR operations and administrative support, ensuring smooth coordination across departments, employee engagement, and compliance. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, and HR Administration Familiarity with full-cycle hiring: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups Good understanding of onboarding, documentation, employee database management, and internal HR processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Experience in the gaming/tech/startup industry is a plus Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel HR Software MS Office Soft Skills: Communication skill Interpersonal skill Collaboration and Team Spirit Role Responsibilities: Recruitment Support Assist in end-to-end hiring: job postings, sourcing profiles, coordinating interviews, and managing feedback Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate pipelines HR Operations & Documentation Manage employee records, generate HR letters (offer, confirmation, relieving, etc.), and ensure database accuracy Coordinate onboarding & exit processes Admin & Travel Coordination Assist in employee travel bookings, vendor coordination, and administrative follow-ups Support office management activities when needed Employee Experience & Communication Be the point of contact for employee queries Support in organizing engagement activities, celebrations, and communication initiatives We’re shaping the future of mobile gaming while exploring the world of hybrid casual games that stand out.
