The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and basic administrative duties. You will be instrumental in building a positive company culture and supporting the growth of the organization. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures Maintain employee records and HR documentation Manage employee engagement, recognition programs, and internal communication Handle daily HR operations such as attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination Support in performance evaluation and appraisal processes Coordinate training and development programs Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
